FAQ

What are the rental hours?

9am until midnight on the date of your event.

Can I install lighting over the uncovered patio? How many feet of lights are needed?

If adding string lights over the patio, you will need to bring 225 ft. of lights. For easy installation, there are hooks on every tree and a power source at the end of the patio. There is a utility light at one end of the patio, it provides functional lighting. We do not provide string lights over the uncovered patio because it is a multi-purpose area and frequently has tents set up on it that interfere with string lighting.

Can I bring in rental tents?

Yes, tents must be weighted down as stakes in the ground aren't permitted. If adding rental tents, don't forget the lights inside the tent.

Will the gate be open for my rehearsal and wedding/event?

Tour options if I do not live in the area?

Please plan to have a family member or friend tour on your behalf if you are not able to visit in person. They can include you in a Facetime call while on site.

What do I need to know about serving alcohol?

We follow OLCC guidelines. If you are serving hard alcohol, then you are required to have a licensed and insured bartender. However, if you are serving beer or wine, then you only need to carry liquor liability insurance. You can purchase wedding insurance that includes liquor liability, or add a rider onto your homeowner's or renter's insurance. These options typically cost less than $200 and can often be purchased online.
